ICE

From
Ice's Adopter: 5 year old Katie with her best horse Ice! One of
many great horses we've gotten from UAWR!! Thanks Courtney!
Ice
came to UAWR in the middle of a Major Sand Colic and his owner
was faced with giving him up or putting him down. He came to
UAWR where we were able to fix him up after several months of
continues care he has fully recovered and his new mom always
watches him close and psyllium is a consistent part of his
regular diet.

BILLY THE KID

Billy's First Ride.. His adopters have started him under
saddle and he is doing fabulous!!
Billy was one of the several babies we took
from a feedlot where their mothers were shipped to slaughter
leaving him and all his buddies orphans.

STAR

Happy out on the trail several times a week,
Star is doing wonderful and is very happy in her new home.
Star came to us a very mis-understood girl, she
had gone thru several trainers who refused to ever rider her again
as she was labeled "psyco". Turns out she had
chiropractic issues along with she is very picky about how her
saddle fits, but her mom has that all worked out perfectly and she
is a dream to ride and LOVES the trails!

Sisko (Burn)

Sisko is enjoying his life as a trail horse and
being pampered.

CJ

CJ's proud flesh healed completely and his new
mom watches things closely to be sure nothing breaks open again,
but with no real issues he continues to go for rides and enjoys
life to the fullest!!
CJ came to us from an owner who was going to
euthanaze him due to a large wound on his front legs that were
infected and full of proud flesh. UAWR was able to fix all of the
proud flesh and he has gone on to a very happy and product life
several years later.

Skyler

Skyler now runs barrels and LOVES her new job
and has been quite successful!
Skyler came to us another "psyco"
horse and her issues were all attributed to chiropractic issues in
her neck and back.

Shasta

Shasta is enjoying her life as a trail horse.
Shasta came to us with her mother from an owner
who no longer wanted her.
